Buzz on French Boards for the Hawaii Five-O Remake and Alex O'Loughlin

I collect here some articles found on french blogs or webs.

Alex O'Loughlin in Five-O?

Posted by Lanouette at 06:39 PM on January 20, 2010 Comments comments (0)

Update on January 20, 2010

Michael Ausiello posted an article today which talks about the possibility that Alex will star in Five-O

Undeterred by the back-to-back failures of Moonlight and Three Rivers, The Eye net is courting O’Loughlin to headline the freshly-greenlit remake of Hawaii Five-O, sources confirm.

“Talks are ongoing,” says the insider. “CBS really wants to do another series with him.”

"Ask Matt" about Alex O'Loughlin

Posted by Lanouette at 05:40 PM on December 13, 2009 Comments comments (0)

Three Rivers is cancelled and Alex O'Loughlin will not be on the screen before April 2010 in the Back-up Plan beside Jennifer Lopez. He is greatly missed at thos moment...

Thanks to @TalkinToU at Twitter for the heads up!

Question: Well, CBS did it to us again, surprise, surprise. I am certain Alex O'Loughlin has many scripts to read. Any ideas on what his next project will be, or are we fans going to have to wait another two years?—Mike and Stacy

Matt Roush: Let me steer you toward our recent story on this situation, where CBS president/CEO Leslie Moonves reaffirms that O’Loughlin is still considered part of the CBS family—and he’s the lead in the upcoming CBS Films feature film The Back-Up Plan opposite Jennifer Lopez. Beyond that, it’s a bit early to know where he’ll turn up next. Pilot season is just around the corner, so don’t be surprised if he’s attached to some new project, and let’s hope it’s a better showcase than http://www.cbs.com/primetime/three_rivers/ turned out to be.

Amongst celebrities as Jason Bateman, Justin Bartha or Rebecca Gayheart, etc. Alex O'Loughlin shows off his IWC. Gorgeous photos :-)

"... IWC Schaffhausen has maintained its resolute approach to the environment by committing itself to the Galapagos Islands. The partnership with the Charles Darwin Foundation marks the beginning of a collaboration geared to the long term and aimed at protecting one of the most fascinating nature resources on the planet: the Galapagos Islands with their abundance of species and a unique and highly vulnerable ecosystem that is threatened in many ways.

The Swiss watch manufacturer is supporting the non-profit Charles Darwin Foundation (CDF) in its projects. IWC, as the manufacturer of extraordinary watches which stand for lasting values, takes its commitment to sustainability very seriously as a certified CO2-neutral enterprise. The company is setting a further example with this collaboration. Far-reaching measures are called for in order to ensure that this unique ecosystem, one of the last few well conserved tropical archipelagos in the world and classified as endangered by UNESCO in 2007, does not founder in ecological terms...."
